The property is divided between 3 floors which are accessed by a large and impressive marble stair well. On the ground floor is the kitchen with an original bread oven which leads onto a dining room which again leads outside to a small terrace, garden and swimming pool, also on the first floor is a small service WC and sitting room which can also be transformed into a bedroom (sofa-bed). On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a very large bathroom with bath and 2 sinks. Also on the first floor is a large living room which leads onto a flag stone terrace and external dining area under the barn portico with equipped bbq area, from here you can reach lower garden area and pool. On the third floor are another 2 bedrooms’ bathroom and living area with piano-forte.
The next door working vineyards allows you not only to taste some of the finest local wines directly from the cantina of origin but also adds to the atmosphere and overall experience of your stay. The pool overlooks rolling hills with vines with views over the river Magra valley and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine mountain ridge in the distance also offers inviting views, and all from one terrace!
Walk into Medieval Market town of BAGNONE for Apperitivo/Dinner/River Swimming – 30min walk to Local Trattorias, Pizzerias and Fine Dining – Fresh Fish from Cinque Terre twice a week, House Aperitivo’s in the Piazza! Although the Land itself, Woodland and Wildlife is a Foragers Paradise!
