DESCRIPTION

The property is divided between 3 floors which are accessed by a large and impressive marble stair well.  On the ground floor is the kitchen with an original bread oven which leads onto a dining room which again leads outside to a small terrace, garden and swimming pool, also on the first floor is a small service WC and sitting room which can also be transformed into a bedroom (sofa-bed).  On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a very large bathroom with bath and 2 sinks. Also on the first floor is a large living room which leads onto a flag stone terrace and external dining area under the barn portico with equipped bbq area, from here you can reach lower garden area and pool. On the third floor are another 2 bedrooms’ bathroom and living area with piano-forte.
