We will be hosted at restaurants, vineyards and laboratories by great and acclaimed chef’s from the Tuscan tradition within the walled city of Lucca, a jewell of the Made in Italy contemporary design, without forgetting the fine olive oils that are produced here. We will visit Emilia Romagna where you will be introduced to the Maestro of Culatello – Parma a “must” for every real foodie.
