From the deepest roots & soul of Italian culinary culture, embracing the slow food movement, unfolding the art of sourcing ingredients, discovering anthropological conections behind food products, we have created an exploratory, action packed gastronomic Foodie Tour. Based in the historic region of Lunigiana – northern Tuscany, touring within the bordering regions,  of the Alpi Apuane & Cinque Terre.

Connecting with food through people and people through food… after all…it is the for-play that sets the moment.
We are here to challenge you to taste Italy deeply – la convivialita’ Italiana being at the very essence.
We will shake hands and hearts with the small producers who have made there mark internationally, dine with artists of local excellences yet to be discovered, living, breathing, tasting the layers like pasta sfoglia behind the elements.

We will combine Markets, wineries, bakeries, dine with Shepard’s in high pastures below the shooting stars of the Med – Apennine skies, savouring the tastes of sun kissed seasoned wild grasses within freshly churned Ricotta at 900 meters above sea level – explore the territories of the Alpi Apuane with there majestic white marble mountains – admire the views of the Cinque Terre by boat transported by local fisherman to hidden coves for a wild al fresco dinning experience

EXTREME CATERING

We will be hosted at restaurants, vineyards and laboratories by great and acclaimed chef’s from the Tuscan tradition within the walled city of Lucca, a jewell of the Made in Italy contemporary design, without forgetting the fine olive oils that are produced here. We will visit Emilia Romagna where you will be introduced to the Maestro of Culatello – Parma a “must” for every real foodie.
